The one thing which I like about Rosemary is the name. Isn't it wonderful ?? It gives me that feeling of Christmas carols, fairies, magical wands and yeah .. you can take my fantasies forward. Rosemary is mainly an aromatic herb and is native to the Mediterranean region. This evergreen plant is greyish green with needle-shaped leaves and produces small, pale blue flowers.

Some benefits of Rosemary :

- It has a fresh, herbaceous, sweet and slightly medicinal aroma. The oil is basically extracted from the flowering tips of the plant through distillation.

- Mainly an energizing oil, it is beneficial for helping to restore metal alertness when experiencing fatigue and stiff muscles.
