THAI FRUIT BODY MASK
Here an easy body treatment to make you feel as fresh & ripe as a Thai fruit salad.
1 CUP PLAIN YOGHURT
2 TABLESPOONS ANY SOULFLOWER BATH SALT
1 CUP FRESH CHOPPED PAPAYA
1 CUP FRESH CHOPPED PINEAPPLE
1 TABLESPOON HONEY
1 TEASPOON ANY SOULFLOWER MASSAGE OIL
½ TEASPOON LEMON JUICE

Mix the yoghurt & salt in a bowl. For the body mask mixture combine all the remaining ingredients & set aside. Exfoliate your body by rubbing all over with the yoghurt & salt mix. Shower in warm water to rinse off. The salt & yoghurt will open the pores of your skin so the vitamins & nutrients from the mask will be easily absorbed. Apply the body mask on the body & leave for 20 mins before washing off.
