Soulflower has a selection of free bookmarks (4 per page). You may download and print for your project. The bookmarks are 2.8cm x 13.5cm, and are available in 4 different designs.
Once downloaded, print your template page(s) on heavy paper or card stock.
Keep the settings to actual scale and center aligned.
Then insert the same paper by flipping the side,to get backside printout,with the same settings.
Cut out using sharp scissors.
